Welcome to Chuck's Falconry

Documenting over 20 years of falconry in Houston, Texas

Meet Cisco

Cisco is a Red-tailed Hawk (Red-tailed Buzzard) who has been my hunting companion since 2005. He's gained celebrity status, appearing on the cover of Texas Parks and Wildlife magazine (November 2008) and featured in numerous publications.

Despite his fame in On The Wing, World of Falconry, American Falconry, Houston Chronicle, Galveston Daily News, and 002 Houston magazine, Cisco remains quite humble. Currently in his 21st hunting season, Cisco continues to be an exceptional hunting partner.
